Delivery - We send by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Delays do happen with Royal Mail so please remember that they will not compensate until 15 days have passed if items go missing. On larger orders we send by Recorded Delivery which has to be signed for. Before contacting us please contact your postman or local delivery office if you think you may have been out when delivery was made as they do not always leave a card.

What happens if I have a problem?

We always include a troubleshooting guide with your order, if a cartridge needs to be returned the information needed is there to follow. On receipt of the cartridge and after testing we will either refund in full or send a replacement + pay your postage costs (excluding Special Delivery)

If you have a faulty or damaged item please contact us at cartridgecollectors@ymail.co.uk and explain your problem. We will respond within 1 full working day. Provided the product is within its warranty period, we will arrange, at our expense, the return of the product to us and send replacement goods within 1 working day. Please do not return goods until you have heard back from us.

Can I Change My mind?

Yes, you can return goods for any other reason, you must do so within 7 days of receipt of the order. Refunds can only be made if the item is returned in the condition it was received including all documentation and original unopened packaging. Postage is your responsibility.

 

Feedback - As you will now be aware the feedback system has changed and in our view put extra pressure on sellers who can no longer leave anything other than positive to buyers. There is a minority who use ebay to obtain free cartridges and use the system to 'blackmail' sellers. We have a simple policy, we will do everything we can to remedy a situation but we will report offenders to Ebay.
